The mileage you have is not that weird. I do mixed city/hwy and I avg 15.5 mpg whether I drive like a grandpa or speedracer. I too have had my truck a short time, and I must say, I love the smoke!!

It doesn't smoke from a dead stop. If I am already going about 40mph or so, let off the accelerator for a few seconds, and then stomp it, I can get a black cloud going! It's funny becuase people will stop tailgaiting then.

I lvoe my truck. My wife always wants us to drive her Saturn car when we go places as a family to save gas. I always tell her that we are SAFER in the truck. Now, can you put a price on safety???
