Short Bed Dually

I am buying a 2003 F350 Quad Cab Dually. My storage unit that i have is 10 feet wide by 20 feet long. I did some reading and i think all duallies are longbeds (8 foot bed) with a total vehicle length of 22 feet. I asked the dealer if they even come in shortbed and they didnt know (big surprise there).

Would somebody kindly shed some light on the subject?

I've seen two short bed duallies but I don't know if they made them or ordered them that way. One is local so I'll ask him when I see him again.

I seem to remember that you could order one from the factory with a short bed and dual wheels. I've seen quite a few of them around over the past couple years.

yep you can get a factory short bed dually. most likely you have to order em.
right now there is no towboss option for anything less then an 8 foot bed.
But that being said
you can for 06 get a towboss option package with a Reg super or crew cab, so you would think the short box would be a no brainer

Shortbed duallies are on my dealers lot. Not alot, but they exist. 4 door dually short beds only. No 2 doors.

As others have noted, you can get a SWB Dually F350 Crew Cab.
Here's the link to the specs: http://www.fordvehicles.com/trucks/superduty/features/specs/ and you can have it in any color you want as long as the color is either black or white. I thought that was strange, I don't know why Ford won't offer it in other colors unless it's to limit the total variations of the truck. I've seen a few on the road, they look pretty strange. The fuel filler door is part of the left rear fender. Basically, the "big butt" fenders take almost the entire outside length of the bed.
