Thought I'd put an update out here for later --
Compressor was shot -- huge hole in side... Requires replacement of compressor, condenser, expansion valve, orifice and complete flush. Shop quoted $2200 to fix. I'll be able to fix the whole thing under $1000...
I ordered the factory service...
Well -- I've got a small update to my request -- started dis-assembly, and found the condenser is (at least one) culprit. Trying to remove it -- got the two bolts holding it to the intercooler, the ones holding the fittings on the pass side, but can't seem to get it to pull up. It appears to...
We purchased a new to us 2005 E350 Extended van has a 6.0 in it.
I've got a leak somewhere in the AC system -- tried charging but immediately discharged. I'm sure there's a huge leak, but not sure at this point where it might be.
Does anyone have a diagram of the entire AC system for a van...
I don't have a write-up, but I've done it. Pretty easy, really.
I already had replaced fuel lines when I did a SVO conversion a few years ago that made it a bit easier for me.
I used this fellow's page as a guide..

One thing I'll point out -- originally, I purchased...
That's a regular schrader valve on your regulator -- it should have a valve stem in it.
I wouldn't trust the cap to hold the fuel in for long. I'm not sure if you could rig up something with an off-the-shelf valve or if you'd need to replace the whole regulator...
Are you in TX? I've got...
Wondering if I can swap rear axles from a superduty to an OBS truck...
I think the bolt pattern is different for the rims, but other than that, is there anything to watch out for? Just looking to get the gearing of the superduty instead of the 4.11's I've got now. Would it be easier/better...
Extra oil should not go to fuel system -- how long ago did you replace the injector o-rings?
The most common fuel leak that MIGHT end up showing towards the bottom of the bowl would be the orings that seal up the drain. I can imagine if those are leaking (just a little) that it might run down...
I've replaced mine about 4 or 5 times -- I've used the Airtex (may be why I've replaced it so many times!)
When the pump itself leaks, there's a weep hole on the passenger side right above where it enters the block. You'll want to clean the area well and maybe you can see it leaking.
I also...
I'm ordering from Beans -- they've got stock and modified, but their reputation is what did it for me. Price was very competitive with others I've seen and have been so far pleased with their service.

Something else you can try (has worked for me several times and am going to do this again this weekend)...
Take off your valve covers -- leave everything else intact. Run without the covers and take note of the oil spouts on each injector. This will show you if one's not firing. In my case...
