It is the right and proper thing to do. However, we all have at times, done a fast job and not disconected the batteries. So far, I am lucky. Will I continue to take a chance? Probably not......
the only way to have that big a drop is to use apintle plate shank and a drop. I sell them all the time since I am in the RV part business. You can pm me for part numbers etc. After you get the part numbers I would suggest that you get them locally since they are heavy and freight would be...
I am a Roush fan. Matt is who I am pulling fopr this year. But I respect all GOOD drivers, skilled drivers. I hate to say this but you must admit that Tony Stewart is a skilled driver. There are other skilled drivers among the 43 other not so skilled drivers.
I just purchased an AIC on ebay. Its due to arrive on Thursday. Anyone know how difficult it is to install? I don't think I want to add any of the remote switches or pots. Just a basic install. Like where is the harness located and is it pretty much a plug and play thing? Any info or tips...
Hey JPL.
Have you put your on yet and any picks to see how they look on the mirror housing? I am interested in these but would love to see them on and how far they stick out.
Just the opposite. as you excellerate, the exhaust temprature rises and your piro guage should rise also. if you have temp readings of 400 around town, i would think you have the thermocouple after turbo. remember more power on accelleration and under high demand, the exhaust climbs considerably.
I want to put lights (clearence and turn signal) on my mirrors. I have an 2002 f-350 lariet. I thought at on time there was a thread on this. Just cant remember. Anyway, has anyone added lights to their existing mirrors that do not come from the factory on the 03 and up?
I just had installed my 3 guages. egt, boost and trans temp. I live in So CA and not terribly cold here. Last light and this morning on my way to work, the ambient temp is about 45f. What should my trans temp be reading? I barely got to the 110f mark on the guage. Is that accurate?
