    i had the same problem..seemed to be the fuse for the cigarette lighter..there ties in....i believe that as long as the vin number do not change that it still will work.....

    most guys that want faster spool..wind up to 1500 then release brakes and hit it.(hard on tranny)...dont really think you can get faster spool by just stomping on it..mine spools fast with the mods I did....hits 28 real quick on the boost gauge

    Since my spare tire fell off...

    I had my cable break right at the plate that holds the rim....i used 2 cable clamps...1 about 3 inches up and then u-shaped the cable to the 2nd clamp and put heavy fuel hose over it so the metal wont touch teh cable anymore...been holding good...

    I guess the 99+ and 2000 are the same..so then I guess early 99 and 98 are the same....so 99+ does have more power then the early 99... Please correct me if im wrong....

    This is just some of my mind and reaon.from what you said as far as my thinking goes, I would be thinking about something like a hydraulic buffer...kind of like a sturdy diaphram in a cyclinder with a spring backing that would just keep pressure spikes out and let pressure stabilize smoothly...
