    Question Damn 4x4 isn't working

    you can test the transfer case by leaving the engine off and key on the solenoid will shift the transfer case, you can here it. if you can not hear it the shift motor is bad on the transfer case. You cannot shift it into low range this way just high range.

    Ok here is what i have a SPO3 auto engunity computer based software with OBD II for all fords. not just one model i can ready any vehicle from 1999 to 2011's Oh ya i did see a FICM reading of 47 so from what im seeing is that is a good voltage for the FCIM correct.

    Boot blow off

    I have a question just wondering the old diesel trucks had a drop hose for engine crank pressure. couldn't you just take that out of the turbo system and place it in a down turn under the truck. would that help prevent the boot from blowing off?:dunno
