Lets see those SuperDuty Trucks!! (OFFICIAL PICTURE THREAD)

Pic of mine on the way home from picking it up in Mobile. Here it is hooked up to my horse trailer. Went and picked up 80 bales of horse hay the other day. Installed my Iron Cross Manufacturing whell-to-wheel HD Steps today. These jokers are STOUT.

    My new exhaust!

They Tymar is well worth it. Makes a little difference in performance, but a huge gain in the fun factor. I had the MBRP on my old '01 and loved the sound and efficiency gain. Got a few major purchases I've got to make before I can put it on my '03. Did you go with the straight pipe or the...

    Dpf removal from ford

Not exactly. The DPF is only required to meet 2010 emissions regulations, however it's possible that emissions regs for '07 to '10 could only be met using a DPF or DOC. IIRC the DPF was an optional emissions system (at least ofr Dodge). BUT, I think there is a grey area in that if the truck...

    Diesel Power Magazine

Yep I kinda got the same impression. But, regardless of my opinion of Banks' products, I'll probably still subscribe. It's the only mag out there (that I know of) that deals specifically with tuning up diesels. With that said, I want to see something other than useless jacked-up 4x4s with...

    Edge Programer with Attitude module

I'm a firm believer in Edge products. I had the Juice in my Duramax and was totally astonished. Who'd think that a truck that heavy would beat a Mustang GT and hang with a Z28 Camaro? Anyway, I"m running the Evo programmer in my Powerstroke on the 60hp level and love it. Smoke isn't bad...

    Future Super Duty updates

A real diesel engine again. I'd love to see a Cummins or other manufacturer's I-6 stump puller in a Ford. Get rid of the high-revving play toy and give me a motor that will last half a million miles, get superb fuel mileage, and will drag the trailer off teh axles if I'm not careful. Don't...

    How Many Miles................

Bought the truck used with about 42k on it. It had just had a new set of tires installed. Right now I"m pushing 71k and I"m getting close to needing new tires. Clutch is original as far as I can tell, as is the CPS, brake pads, & rotors. [><]

    brick work

I think you could get away with it but I don't think it's going to be real sturdy becasue the chain link stuff will flex too easily even with the concrete. Chain link fence is made out of soft metal (think aluminum) and is not designed to hold a load. If you go this route I"d go at least 6"...

    brick work

OK I used to be a masonry contractor so let me chime in. First the 4" CMU isn't all that great structurally and you'd be better off going with a 6" lightweight CMU (made using fly ash to reduce teh weight without compromising strength too much). Bricks are cheap and you won't have much...

    Adding more rear window tint

Back when I had my Goat I installed limo on the rear window and the half-windows in the suicide doors. I really liked the darkness and if I needed to back up I"d just use the mirrors. If oyu want to tint the front windows you can usually get away with about 1 or 2 steps over the legal limit...
