    did you just drill the tube and put the egt gauge in. or did you take the pipe off and drill it.

    thanks guys. i checked the vacuum line behind the glove box the other day and they are good. a guy at work was telling me the his switch was bad. the one the changes from cold to hot i might try that. if not, i need to get an 08.

    ok when i take the line off the pump it will shut off and then surge. does that mean the pump is bad??? i did a vacuum test on the hubs and they held pressure for 30 mins

    where is the vent plug at??? i was backing up a little hill when the fluid came out. i dont think it has leaked sense.

    ok the other week i pulled a trailer and when i was backing it up i gave it some gas and some transmission fluid shot out on the road. i think it is when the tranny builds up pressure. i think it is the front seal or the pump gasket. let me know what you guys think.

    wont start easy

    found the problem. it was the inj. o-ring on the passenger side last cylinder. one ring was ripped. the tech at me work said that one was bad and he was right. i was lucky it was the side i took apart. thanks for the help anyway. Derrick

    about two months old. i work at an international dealer in st. louis and one of the techs said he thinks it is the injector o-rings leaking.

    ok my truck takes a long time to start. i replaced my glow plugs and the relay. what else could it be??? i have good fuel pressure to. let me know if you can help me trouble shoot this problem.

    yes all the air is coming out the deforst vents. it doesnt matter what setting you have the vents on it alway comes out the defrost
