I was just being funny. I am more worried about cooling than heating. May be a deep trans pan with cooling fins?

thank you to all who gave valuable input it is greatly appreciated. i was not whining just trying to get a more staight up answer and thats what i'm trying to do is educate myself because i like doing my own maintenance etc because like others i dnt trust people workin on my truck. like i said sorry didnt meant to be an a** just wanted to get some info to see what i needed to do before i messed up and didnt do something and i got 40k sitn 1000miles from home. got the heater cord and about to install again thanks again for the help

we all enjoy our trucks and i havent met anyone on this sights
that doesnt consider 40 or 50k dollars as an INVESTMENT...none
of us wanna mess up that investment <or any of the others we

just finishing up... once again thanks for all the help and info. and i am also glad for all the extra knowledge because i'm always wanting to learn more so i can be a wanna be mechanic. i'm always learning on here,thanks-cody
