Question Belt
belts and hoses Funny you should ask that. I just changed my original belt on my 02 7.3. The belt I put on is made by GoodYear, called a Gatorback and looks just like the one in Tailgunners post. S&B intake?
I have used my S&B intake for over a year now and Im quite happy with it. The Napa filter would definatly be cheaper, but drawing in hot air from under the hood doesnt make any sence to me, thats why the OEM and aftermarket ones are enclosed arent they? OK thanks for the quick replys. I think maybe Ill hold off on the overboost eliminator and try just going with the programmer by itself. All im looking for is a little more power and mileage with out blowing thngs up!- danman

No wicked wheel, stock turbo. I bought this overboost eliminator cable thinking I would need it when I get the programmer, but Im just not shure if I should disconnect the wastegate line as they suggest. I dont want to blow up my turbo.- danman

would driving around with the red wastegate line removed cause any stress on my turbo or intercooler hoses? The reason that I ask is because the Overboost Eliminator fron SPDiesel suggests to remove the line with there cable installed in the map sensor line. My 7.3 is stock except for cold air...- danman

brakes pulling
sorry for the delay in responding. I was working out of town for a week. In August 07 all four ball joints,sway bar bushings and drag link were changed while the truck was under extended warranty[ ford plan] It seems to me that the more I drive the truck the less it is pulling. brakes pulling
I changed my left rear caliper about 6 months ago because it seized on and burnt out my rear brakes on that side. I also put new pads on the rear at the same time. I guess i`ll change the right side caliper and hose and see if that helps.:(- danman

Lately my front brakes have been pulling to the right, so I changed to new left front caliper assy. with new pins, new front rotors and new monroe brake pads and a new left front brake hose. Well guess what? They are still pulling to the right!!! My only option left is to change the right side...- danman

My front brakes were pulling to the right when braking so I put new shoes and rotors on and cleaned and lubed the caliper pins on both sides but it still pulles to the right. Changing Headlight Bulb on 02 PSD
head light change I have the same truck as you. I changed my driver side head light last summer by removing the signal light lens under the head light. Only two screws hold signal lens in place. Once signal lens is removed, reach up behind head light and unscrew bulb retainer ring.- danman

My driver side power door lock quit working yesterday. The switch still works the passenger side lock so I don`t think it is the switch:dunno .
