    exhaust question

    I am going to be getting a new exhaust system. I am looking at the MBRP 5" cat-back system. However, I'm not sure which would be more effective for lowering EGT. Would I be better off going with a MBRP 4" turbo-back? Please give any input, as I am going to buy the system Thursday. Thanks

    Bully Dog Power Pup

    My local truck aftermarket shop that I have had everything done at has quoted me at $400 for the Power Pup installed. He told me that with the Power Pup when you go back to the factory download it doesn't leave any finger prints. Any thoughts?

    My baby has grown up....(lifted pics)

    That is a pro comp 5" front and 4" back suspension lift with MT 35x12.5 tires on 17" MT Classic II's. The fender flares are Xenon painted to match factory black. Grand Total Installed (w/o fender flares) : $2,800 :D :thumbs :D

    ordered the lift....

    well I decided to go with the pro comp suspension lift 5" front and 4" rear. I also got 17x9 classic II wheels with 35" Mickey Thompson ATZ tires. I am taking the truck in on Friday to have it all installed. The grand total for everything furnished and installed was $2,800. Is that a good price?

    lift kits....?

    I have been looking into 4-4.5" lift kits and tires.....but someone brought up to me that I might want to try a body lift which would be a lot cheaper. Is there any reason I should stay away from body lifts?

    how to get more!!

    I consistantly get 15.5 mpg (calculated by me). The best I have gotten with a long drive was 16.5 mpg. How can I increase that number? I am looking into getting a cover for the bed, and looking to get the MBRP 4" exhaust (mainly for sound). What suggestions do you guys have? :dunno

    sounds like chains........

    When I am driving with the window down and go over a bump, I hear what sounds like a very faint chain rattling. It sounds like it is coming from the driver side front suspension. Is that normal? It is not very loud, but definetaly there. Oh.....and by the way, I do not have any chains on...

    Bed Covers

    Has anyone put a bed cover or cap on their truck and noticed a difference in mpg. I read the conclusion to the mythbusters tailgate thing, but they did not talk about covering the bed.

    lighting up front

    Has anyone put Hella or PIAA lights on the front of their trucks? How did you guys do it, with a brush gaurd, light bar, etc.? Can you guys give me some ideas? I was thinking about installing 4 lights on two upfitter switches. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

    black trucks.....swirls and scratches

    My truck is all black and I cannot seem to get out all the little tiny swirl marks and little scratches that just happen over time. I have tried using compound but that seems to make more scratches than were already there. What do you guys use?

    I have seen some trucks with the chrome handles and I have seen them online. They look good from a distance but I'm not sure if they look cheap up close. Does anyone have them? What do you think of the quility since they are plastic?
