    Coolant Leak...Can't Find Source

That a good idea...Although the "wet area" seems to be pretty localized...I'll check again in the morning and see what I can find with the engine running...Just have to remember where I put my ear plugs ;) lol Thanks, Casey

    Coolant Leak...Can't Find Source

I was thinking the same thing regarding the HG blowing...I can't imagine that with what I have on the truck I would have blown one. I am going to check the cooler in the morning to make sure its not the culprit...The drops I found on the fuel line are FORWARD of the cooler though...They are...

Hod To Replace My Power Steering Pump

If it is in fact the pump that is causing the problem and not the high pressure line coming out the side of it here is how to replace... When you go to get a new PS pump (I got mine from Autozone) Rent a pulley puller. Its a couple of bucks and very simple to use. That will get the pulley...

    Centurian Power Stroke?

Hey Don, I know this is an old thread but a month or so ago I drove past a '95 Centurion PSD in Colusa. White, looked real clean and dry underneath. My little brother just picked up a '95 F150 Centurion (Reg. Cab short bed made into a Crew Cab Short Bed)...REALLY clean conversion, unless...

    gas mileage?

I just calc'ed mileage on the truck in my sig this mornin...Ran it through both tanks of fuel w/ stanadyne in both tanks...combination city/highway drivin (i'd say 1/3 city, 2/3 highway) avg about 65-70mph on the highway...got me 19.236 mpg! I am very happy with that...Oh, and that is on "TOW"...

    Manual locking hubs?

Switch to the manuals...The auto hubs are junk...Getting out of the truck in the snow to lock the hubs can be a PITA sometimes, but it's MUCH better than being stuck because you trashed your auto's. And yes there is NO vacuum for the hubs...they are engaged by movement...The newer trucks have...

Interest in a Full Trim Replacement Pillar Pod?

I have never seen something like this for the OBS trucks...The SD Pillar Pods I have seen DO look better...haven't gotten up close to one so I am not sure how they are compared to the OBS pods... Anyone know of another pod that clips on rather than you drill and use those dumb plastic "Pine...

Interest in a Full Trim Replacement Pillar Pod?

Interest in a Full Trim Replacement Pillar Pod?

I think that too...Looking at where they should sit flush there is a small gap no matter what...makes it look like it was designed to fit more than one application IMO. -mad -Casey

Interest in a Full Trim Replacement Pillar Pod?

I am tired of the "cover" 3-Gauge Pillar Pod that fits OVER the trim piece. I think that a pod that completely replaces the trim piece on the pillar would be the way to go. The cover type just doesn't look very streamline in my opinion. I have search high and low and talked to many people, no...

    Power steering problem

You cannot get to the 3 bolts unless you have the pulley off. Same goes with putting it on. You have to bolt the pump into the truck before you put the pulley back on. I think if you really try you can get to 2/3 bolts with the pulley in place, but the 3rd one is not possible to reach...
