    Shudder under hard acceleration\load

    Mark, mine shudders real bad when first taking off and also in high gear. Dealer said "that is normal." Came home this weekend pulling a 14 ft boat and had a lot of grinding noise as well. Keep us posted as to what they say.

    FDD, my biggest problem has really been with one particular FSE at Ford. We have some bad blood between us from another buy back a few years ago. Really made him look like and idiot (which was not hard to do) and he is out for me.

    FDD, thanks for the heads up. After picking up my truck last week for various repairs, they replace the fan clutch and belt. Much to my suprise when I popped the hood, I noticed they used a Sawzall to cut out the fan shroud, then screwed it back together. I am VERY anal about keeping my truck...

    Oil for 6.0

    Sanger, I had the same problem with Ford. They kept blaming everything on the oil. When the FSE came out from CA, he said the same thing and offered to pay for my oil change to "fix" the problems. Well I played his game and they serviced my truck. Pick it up, drove off the lot, truck died...

    Their software is great for me so far. I have only had it for a month but am very impressed. Beside scanning and clearing codes, it will actually run all the diagnostic test on your truck...the same ones the dealership uses.

    Can you tell me the pros and cons of going with a 4" down pipe? My old system was a 3.5" down pipe into a 4" at the transmission. Am currently looking at the Hog system with the high flow muffler. Anyone out there have this setup on a 6.0??
