    You either have a parasitic draw on some appliance somewhere....... OR something is wrong with your meter. Sounds to me that your meter might be off...

    You need OEM wheels from a 99-04. The Offset is different on the 05+ trucks. Wheels from a 99-04 will fit on an 05+ but wheels from an 05+ will not work on a 99-04 without spacers. The wheels in your pics are DEFINATELY off of an 05 or later.

    You can go to any ford dealer and request an oasis report. It will tell you the complete service history of any work done by any Ford Dealership. I believe them to be free of charge.
