    Far better to use a seat with a shoulder strap. Unfortunately in the case of a Super Duty that means a window seat. But the benefits of the should strap outweigh the negatives of an outboard location. That is where my 5 year old is securely strapped.

    A wastegate does nothing for Lag. It is there to bypass exhaust to limit excess boost on the top end. The reason the van turbo does not have one is due to the large exhaust housing. It will limit total boost by nature. Now, the larger housing will in theory make it lag more than your stock one...

    They have no wastegate, but do have an EBPV. The exhaust housing is a 1.15 A/R Vs .84 A/R for the superduty. I was gonna out one on, but got tired of looking and went with GTP38R.

    If you are asking if you can mate the 5r110 to a 7.3, then NO not realistically. Sure anything is possible, but the simple answer is no.

    There is no "lift pump" in the tank. There is only the frame mounted fuel pump.

    Either a larger alternator or the Mobil Power unit would work. The 8.5Kw is overkill for your listed application and also very expensive. The "redi-line" generator that T-bar has pictured will not help your situation. It uses A 12 motor to turn a generator. So it will use even more 12v...

    Regular Penzoil 15w-40 after oil change

    It is a rated oil just like Rotella and Motorcarft, HARDLY like water. It would not be my personal choice, but it should function fine. Also Motorcraft is no more made for the Powerstroke than anyother proper Diesel rated oil.
