Saw a comercial about the new extended warranty and they stated that there is no deductible.:dunno Can they make up their mind on this one. I'm confused real bad now.

I'm going to the dealer to pick up my second set of keys. Oh I'm going to find out about that one for sure cause that sounds to good to be true.

    2006 and new warranty extension

The 06' does have the 5 year/60,000 mile powertrain warranty. I just got the my new F-150 Monday and made sure in writing that it came with it. So the answer on the 06' still on the lots is true just don't know about the ones that were already bought yet.

    New daily driver!!

I got the 4.6L V8 cause I got about $2000 in a rebate for having the 4.6L Supercrew along with alot of other rebates that totaled to about $9,000.:sweet for me working for Ingersoll-Rand. That helped ALOT on my upside down. It is flexfuel compatiable. That was what I was trying to do was...

    New daily driver!!

Nice looking Stang. :sweet :thumbs The 0% APR is really hard to beat right now. My truck should be going bye bye by Monday. Unfortunately I hate to say it but an F-150 crewcab loaded XLT 4x4 will be replacing it. I owed WAY to much on mine and to make Mother Ford happy I settled into the...

    Toe Specs

I was taught a good rule of thumb to set toe is make sure it is within a 1/8 to 1/16 inch difference from front to rear. You want the front to toe in and rear to toe out. I would set it at 1/8th inch and you should be good to go. This is how I have always done it and have had no concerns...

    Towing with a power adder

Yeah don't push the limits of the tunes like I do. :D DJ writes some awesome tunes. The Looney tune is what is really awesome. If you like smoke and lots of power you'll really like it. Gets tailgaters off of me real quick.:roflmao

    02 7.3 or 03 6.0???

I thought $31,000 was fair for having an aftermarket trans and TC that is about a month old. It was done at the Ford Dealer. Also having low miles and it being the Built Ford Tough Edition which means it is color coded black all over. You don't see a truck like this much at all.

    Towing with a power adder

I was in the throttle pretty good till about half way then I let off but still maintained 70 mph. This tune is a trial tune to see how it would react to the Suncoast Trans. and TC and some other things we have been tweaking with on the motor. It locks the TC in 2nd and stays all the way into...

    Towing with a power adder

I pulled 13,000 lbs a couple of weeks back with a tow/econo tune I had special made for me for my trans. The higest I reached at 70 mph was about 1100 F. But half way up the grade it started dropping off back to around 720 F but I have intake and exhaust.

    02 7.3 or 03 6.0???

Ask for it at the dealer. I think it costs about 10 bucks OR you can give me the VIN numbers I will gladly get it for you for free. Takes about a day or two with me. So me asking $31,000 for my does not sound like a bad deal with all that it has? I have about 46,000 miles on it.

    02 7.3 or 03 6.0???

Suggestions, I have a good one. Talk to me. I have a 03' 6.0L with everything in my sig for proably cheaper than the 03' Lariet you are looking at if it had all that I had done to mine. I also have lower miles too. I have about 46,000 miles on it. But on the two I would have an Oasis report...

    it's about clutch time

Your on the right path wanting the cermettalic clutch from LUK. I had it on my 94' and was a strong little beast after that. Pedal effort was really nice also. From what I was told from LUK it will hold up to 1000 ft lbs of torque easily. I knew I would never hit that but the abuse is what...

    Keep or Trade Up

This coming from a person who has a company vehicle and only puts about 3,000 miles a year on his personal truck. I would keep since it is paid for. Also you have low mileage on the truck. No since in getting rid of it if you are only driving everyonce and awhile plus the bonus is it is paid...

Do you need a helper pump?

On our truck it is a pretty good idea to put the FASS system on it. With the bigger injectors that Beans makes, which by the way are really good, I would highly suggest putting the FASS on it.

    2007 Ford will eliminate a $100 deductible

I heard the same thing yesterday from Prestige Ford while I was looking for another new truck. I couldn't believe it. Engine retains the 5 year 100,000 mile warranty but no deductable. Also new is a 5 year 60,000 mile warranty on the drivetrain. Makes wanting another newer one alot sweeter...

    Problem Child

I can get the regular cab XL 4x4 like I wanted to begin with but in the back of my mind I'm thinking if I am going to run into the same problems. Money is not an option anymore. Whatever I do it will be at the end of the year. I'm going to be all over TX. and New Mexico till the end of the...

    Problem Child

Okay where do I start, oh about the start of April. What I thought was a seemingly perfect 12/02 build truck had become satan's spawn in a matter of minutes. Switched from the Triple Dog to the SCT for wanting more power and I don't drive it but on the weekends so wanted to have fun with the...

    Another bad turbo

I drive about the same mileage as you do. I only drive it on the weekends but when I do I lay into it getting on to the interstate once every weekend. All is well. Carbon build up on the exhaust side wheel will happen if you drive it for short distances alot or slow speeds or like we do don't...

    most power for 6.0

SCT all the way if you want gobs of power safely with the trans. I'm going back to the SCT once the my computer comes back from getting repaired and modified. The SCT hands down is better on the trans the the rest cause it takes full control of your trans. and programs it accordingly for the...
