    how replaceing injectors on a 2001 7.3

You do not need any 'specialty' tools. a 13mm ratchet wrench is nice as are air tools and swivel sockets. You do not need to remove the entire evapotator housing, however to get #7 out and in you do need to remove the vacuum reservoir that is screwed to the side of it, there may be a heat sheild...

    Unknown loss of coolant

With all the bone stock trucks that are blowing headgaskets and EGR coolers, etc... its really hard to say that some extra power by any means (except maybe a programmer) could do the damage. I had one come in that was chipped with headgskets out and the Ford technical hotline engineer told me...

    New Guy, Over heating problem

They usually lose water due to poor sealing on the endtanks. I have seen one leak from a rad hose o-ring. If there are no external leaks you may have an EGR cooler leaking. Get them checked out ASAP.

FYI 2008 Super Duty Recall Notice

Fuel tank stopper bracket is the official term. Radiator takes about 2.5 hours to change. If you run te cooling system down too far the horizontal EGR cooler will likely fail as well.
