AC Shutting Off
Spec is .025 with a minmum of .020 . you can adjust this by removing the outer part of the clutch (single 8mm bolt in the center) and removing one of the shims inside the mounting tube. Make sure you dont go below .020 or the clutch may not disengage when it should, which could lead to burning...- bdrummonds

Bully Dog Power Pup
Yep, I have one too, for a short while longer. I have had my Pup since they came out in late 04, early 05. Power Steering sucks
Our trucks have what is called Hydroboost, the brake system uses fluid from the PS pump to apply pressure for the brakes. Try turning your wheels with out the brake depressed on level ground in the sand/dirt, is it easy. Also when sitting still you have a helluva heavy engine sitting right...- bdrummonds

Shimming the FPR 99-03 7.3
Just in case anyone wants to source theses things locally, The adapter fitting can be found at a hydraulics shop. CCV Mod issues
Use 3/4" Heater hose. turn your dog house around backwards, route hose up over rear of master cylinder down firewall, follow inside of frame, terminate to open atomosphere. since you have created a small incline just out of the dog house, any oil will drain back into your dog house and back...- bdrummonds

Fault codes
actually it means P0363= Misfire detected -fueling disabled which basically means the superchips has got your inj. timing so advanced that the PCM no longer recognizes the map it is running.- bdrummonds

Early '99 Exhaust ... Need Help ASAP
not all 99's had a cat. only the handshakers. As far as the down pipe, IIRC the early 99 had a little bit different DP than the late 99's. Take a sawzall and cut the cat off before going to the muffler shop. Have the shop weld you a 4" straight pipe from that cut to what ever length you...- bdrummonds
